Reviving a noncreature mechanic for our rebel faction that pairs REALLY well with our new army of 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature tokens.
Information Extraction 2UB Sorcery - Uncommon Target opponent discards a card and you draw a card.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)
Disrupting Routine 3R Sorcery - Uncommon Destroy target artifact.

Cipher was a dud, and it's very hard to balance. Even if we reworked it to have a higher power level, it's surrounded by negativity and poor player reception. We could try reworking it - as Devotion did to Chroma - but as it stands I doubt we'll ever see Cipher again. (Which makes me sad, as it had lots of potential.)
